1. Who we are
This website is operated by NOVA AI CLOUD LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales under company number 17381937, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can contact us at adam.moreau@nova-ai.cloud.
2. What data we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, the content of your message, and your phone number if you choose to provide it (this field is optional).
- Direct contact: if you email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever information you send.
We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics or tracking scripts on this site. Your IP address is processed transiently to check that the contact form was submitted by a person rather than a bot, and to limit repeated submissions. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and deliver work you have asked us about.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to an enquiry you initiated) and, where you go on to engage us, performance of a contract. We do not send marketing emails unless you have separately asked us to.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate this site:
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and provides the Turnstile anti-spam check on our contact form. Turnstile sets no advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you; it processes your IP address and limited browser signals to tell humans from bots. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Resend — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox as email. See the Resend privacy policy.
- Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests these files directly from Google, which involves your IP address. See the Google privacy policy.
- Our email and hosting providers — to store and deliver correspondence.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted. Where we go on to work together, we keep project and financial records for as long as required by UK law (typically six years).
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw consent, where we rely on it.

7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date.
